I remember my first day
Of freshman orientation
At Loyola pretty well.
Nervousness came over me
So badly that I did not
Want to leave my house.
It was 3:45 when I
Woke up this morning to start
The journey upstate to Ithaca.
I'm quite unsure if my
Tiredness and post -wake-up hunger
Numbed me or if I am legit
Completely not nervous at all.
I will get back to you about
That later today after all the
Bag are emptied,
The car is emptied
And the once empty
Room is now full of
My stuff and me.
