Once Again

So once again
We tried to go to home
With each other using
Words and sounds.

And then my phone stopped
Working or he lost service
Or something else wrong
Pretty wrong.

But I think
I'm being ridiculous
About this whole
Issue we're having
But I guess
My last
Entry was fucking stupid.

Because at midnight
When I fall asleep
He's the only one
On my mind
Even though our relationship
Isn't perfect.

But at the last moment
When my eyes close
And REM kicks in,
He's the only one
I care about.
